Mr. Ababacar NGOM, Chief Director of Arbitration of the UAJ and Mr. Yacine SILINI, President of the Algerian Judo Federation, presented the certificate of recognition of the international grade of 8th DAN to Mr. Laouad Abdelhamid, of 7th DAN to Mr. Halliche Mouloud and to the late Hadj Meskine who was represented by Mr. Brahmi Khaled, President of the Oran Judo League The Algerian Judo Federation presented a distinction to Mr. Karim ZERROUKI, former Vice-President of the Algerian Judo Federation for service rendered to Algerian judo
