AFRICAN KATA CHAMPIONSHIPS 2023 IN MOROCCO

Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria and South Africa are the four countries who disputed the titles for the African Kata Championships 2023 in Morocco today the 6th of September. The competition took place in Mohamed V complex in Casablanca.

Katame No Kata: Morocco won the Katame No Kata competition with a total of 389 points. The couple BENEDINE Mostafa and QACHCHARI Bilal won the medal.

Kime No Kata: Tunisia with JEBALI Zied and KOUKI Mohamed Ali won the competition with 530.5 points followed by the tandem LAGHRIBI Abdelaziz and LAGHRIBI Yassine from Morocco with 496.0 points and Morocco who secure also the third place with the couple EL FARTOUNI Nabil and CHOUAI Rachid with 488.5 points.

Goshin Jutsu: Morocco with the team EL ABDELLAOUI Abdellah and TACHAKOURT Said won gthe first place. Followed bu the couple SMAH Said and KACHER Kahina of Algeria.

Nage No Kata: The winner is Spouth Africa with 406.0 points. The team REYNEKE Liam and UFFINDELL Jacques end at the first place and Morocco followed with 370.0 points. CHAHIB Mounir and CHAHIB Zakarya won the second place. Some clichets of the competition.
